1. Can I build a house on any home site?
--> Yes! All of our home sites are guaranteed buildable the day they are purchased.
2. Why do you offer a free weekend?
--> We understand that purchasing a home site is a big decision. The brochures truly don’t do our
home sites justice. You have to see it to believe it! We know that when you see our home sites you
will fall in love with them and never want to leave.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. In order to do this, you have to visit the properties and see them in person. If you find
that the home sites or the area are not for you, that is no problem! The weekend is still on us! We
want happy customers who are happy to have their own slice of America!
3. Is it safe to give you our credit card number over the phone or the Internet?
--> Yes! In order to maintain a merchant account for accepting credit cards, our company had to meet
very strict guidelines and demonstrate financial stability. It's perfectly safe!
4 Are there any pre-payment penalties on loans? Can I get a lower interest rate?
--> There is no penalty for paying off early. The sooner you pay it off, the more money you will save on
interest.
There are lower interest rates for qualified individuals who are in a position to give a larger
down payment.
